Record your gambling session | Balance Glitch

Hi guys,

Heads-up!

It must be complicated to do it but I highly recommend players to record their gambling sessions with video evidence. I've had glitches where my balance wasn't updated correctly and ended up ripping all my balance without me knowing it. 

Support says there was no anomaly on their end which is very confusing to me.

*Btw, the way support is handled by the same kids having fun in chat is a major "turn-off" for me. The line between workers and community "mascots" is very blurred IMO.

I was playing Plinko with a 5-10$ balance. Next thing you know a popup says "You do not have enough balance to do that" and my balance went from 10ish to 0.

This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable from  a "world-class" casino.

With many glitches happening around, I highly recommend recording your sessions somehow to avoid any potential mistakes from their systems. 

Having seen many glitches while watching streamers, I now understand the importance of having visual evidence of all bets being placed on this casino.

Very mad at what happened.

i am just surfing through and i just saw your post. 

u must be very unhappy going around online forums if u just get trigged by my comment. 

 

u didn't show proof of anything that balance suddenly turned to 0 , all i saw is that you just whine about u lost $10 on plinko. that's why i put that comment as it was my assumption .

I'm not sure if you're being deliberately obtuse or if this concept is just too challenging for you, but let me try to break it down.

The balance that he was shown while playing plinko was not accurate. There was a delay or some kind of glitch that meant he went from $10 to $0 without making a bet that size.

He doesn't have proof (not sure why you'd need it, as this has happened to tons of people), but is suggesting we record our gameplay so that we do have proof/can account for what happened/can provide a link when support say LOLGIVEVIDEOORFUCKOFF.

I have had this problem before too. The balance up top does not update properly and you will keep dropping balls not realizing how fast you are losing. Also sometimes have the balance update before the balls hit the bottom.

there are times when i have done 0.80 bets  on slots and the balance only decreased by half that amount. Later during the session it will update properly  - often when changing from one slot to another.

If a person doesn't notice when their balance doesn't decrease properly  when it appears to be in their favour then it can appear as if being scammed.

I don't believe it is something that happens as a way to steal  but rather it is a bug that needs fixing.

It is a major issue especially if it wipes out your balance.

happens usually on evolution games yet balance updates itself after couple of minutes, your scenario is on stake originals which is weird ngl

for me it happens often on dead or alive 2. after 2-3 bonus buys the balance updates.

That’s tough mate- think there’s also something to the way stake updates values on crypto. I’ve seen my balance fluctuate a ton without gambling even a penny

I seen it a few times but it's just lag it all adds up usually right after next bet
