GorgeousLena18 Posted August 3, 2022 #1 Posted August 3, 2022 some locals can easily distinguish what place are we when they see it. we called it "lomi" but some of our locals pronounce it as "lome" its a dish made with a variety of thick fresh egg noodles soaked in lye water to give it more texture and toppings with meat and few veggies. we like to eat it specially on a rainy weather its a good match🤤☺️
ubbey04 Posted August 4, 2022 #2 Posted August 4, 2022 Dinakdakan- combination of pork meat , face, ears boiled and grilled. Sliced and served with pork brain or poached egg on a sizzling plate . Usually served in special occasion and good for "pulutan" Stirfry mixed low land vegetables (okra, eggplant ,squash, tomatoes in salted shrimp paste or alamang ) with sliced pork The very popular adobo (trademark dish of the Philippines) there's a lot of ways and style on the preparation and cooking depends on the taste preferences of the diners. It can be a bit mixture of salt and sour type , can put bay leaf (laurel) , or salt and sweet kind . A braised type of dish that surely everyone love regardless of race. You can served it as well with boiled egg . In Chinese way they added tofu and dried mushrooms .

Grilled or smoked fish instead of pork meat. Very tasty 😋

Chubbychicks Posted August 12, 2022 #10 Posted August 12, 2022 Pork Bicol Express has the entire characteristic that I enjoy in a pork dish. It is tender, creamy, and tasty. In addition, it has that good amount of heat that can awaken my taste buds. This recipe that I am sharing today will give you a delicious and spicy Bicol Express that is worthy for that extra cup or so of rice that you will be having.
