Hi,

I lost my 2fa (My phone was stolen) So I contacted Support and provided them all the information they ask for all the screenshots of deposits , withdrawals..Answered everything correctly but they are just dragging the issue now it's been like 7 days now..They always reply "Please be patient while the General Managers review your case"

 

How long it takes for "General Managers" to review a simple case?

On Top of that when after 3 days I tried to take update this is what they replied to me:

 

"

The more often you reopen the conversation the longer it will take for the case to be checked.

You will have access to all the information you need once you regain access to your account.

Kindly, stop reopening this conversation, this process will only prolong, and we will get nowhere.

Stake Support team."

Since when checking the status of your ticket makes you wait longer? Stake doesn't have FIFO? or what?

do you really believe that a general manager spends 1 second of his time in resetting a 2fa.  The guy who has to do it is probably on vacation and the rest has no clue. Great job Stake Support.

Hello, I normally only read on this forum but I have the same issue since last week wednesday. I get exactly the same copy paste answers from support. You should be ashamed if in such a big company nobody is capable of resetting 2fa or emailadress.

Seems like they are just dragging things for no reason..A simple 2fa reset should not take 10 days..This is what world biggest online casino has to offer?

someone on discord told me the name of the person that resets the 2fa and email and it is not Stake's general manager for sure. After confronting them they changed 'general managers' into person in charge. ha ha ha

In a similar situation right now after having my phone stolen and the process is so painful. Had to send about 50 screenshots of crypto transactions, answer numerous questions, and now I'm at the 'waiting for a manager to review' stage. It has been days. The process is 1000x times harder than it was to regain access to my crypto accounts, which took minutes for some. Why does Stake make it so difficult? It's like they don't want me to get back in.
