wry Posted February 20, 2018 #4 Posted February 20, 2018 I would expect this is one of the most challenging aspects of being a moderator. Since VPNs are so prevalent and the BTC user base is pretty sophisticated there isn't an easy technology solution. Since I would think the "new" user would be given the benefit of the doubt, even if you rely on character clues or "writing ticks" it takes awhile.

It's hard if they type 100% right tho.. Or idk.. They give themselves away by knowing something they shouldn't know also lol
