Return of King ? @Nenad Disqualified for GETTING VIP Host assistance?!

So why was I disqualified for my post when I was trying to get my VIP host to pull it sent screenshot and much more trying to verify and sent the updated casino link! 

That is messed up had 8606x multiplier sent screenshot then got casino ID from host to be able to share and still somehow get disqualified...

Most likely you were disqualified because of this rule. You posted your bet ID after 4 days

@Faris if your house support is trying and cant help us find it, and cant?!   Luckly my awesome VIP host was able to help me get it, but then Im late cause your inhouse people couldn't help me find it at all well within the time frame..   Which I have the logs and someone else has the logs that was trying to help me get it and even had moderators in live chat trying to assist. 

But I get it just past the time frame, then I am good with doing giveaways! If in my POST I said been working with moderators to pull the ID ect isn't good enough for 2 minutes of inspection from a moderator for a Plat 4 Level 3 Verified 4 million wagered in 3 months player. Cool I get it. 

Guess people betting larger are being punished for gambling and not stepping away to post in the forums.   It lets all of us streamers and people understand how little we have become.  Bet your ass if Train or Drake did it they'd been awarded..

You did not fulfil the requirements of the challenge and you were disqualified. There is no logical reason to blame us for your own fault. I just explained to you why your bet was disqualified. I'm not here to argue  

Just read the requirements more careful next time, that's all. Also, rules are rules for everyone, no matter who the user is, no matter what rank this user has.

Yeah.. I guess.. I hope you all learn some customer service sooner or later. Cause thats straight up hurtful and the fact you even said in chat that its not your job to help look up or support VIP customers or even customers at that point even is disgusting to me.

This company and their support team know very well how to treat their customers, otherwise, Stake would not be at the top. As I said, there is no reason to blame us for your own mistake.

You asked why your bet was disqualified and kindly explained it to you. That's all I can do.

Also, more to your point about the posting is that he did post and then later edited the post because he had to wait for someone to fetch the bet ID which was too far back in the archive to fetch, so guessing 48 hours is the waiting period for archives to publish which idk why this has a 48 rule if users cant easily look up their histories in that time.

 

If a user enters a bet in the 7 day period of the promotion, only thing that should matter is the time the bet was placed.

 

I missed out once on a top 5 entry because of this same problem, the topic closed and I couldnt update my OP even though it was qualified due to the archive availability and thread closure. Even reaching out to support and host, you only get the typical non-answer answers from these people.

The rule was added a long time ago. Because there were users who were waiting for the last day to post their bet IDs. They were doing this because they didn't want other users to see their multiplier. 

Besides, no. He did not edit his post, he posted a new entry (TVCodeCompiler)

Also, the user who abused our promotion has already been punished, so he got what he deserved.

We should all read these Terms carefully when we want to join a forum challenge
