missfox Posted February 15, 2018 #1 Posted February 15, 2018 Hey everyone, Thought I would share the importance of bluelight since most of us are in front of our computers playing or working. Bluelight has been proven to improve sleeping patterns and even help long term depression. I know some people in the PD community that have used it and have had great results.
