only about 15 times. each time i get a cop n pasted reply saying they will forward to devs. spike says to me that he doesnt see any open games on my account sooo im screwed, waiting for a fix.

Until there is a fix, that's the only solution currently

The main cause for the issue is poor internet connection, or the server not responding fast enough.
