Many times people write in chat unacceptable things about minorities or women. Yesterday Remyred wrote many times that he has a video  of fisting a girl etc. Also they always speak about cocaine like an achievement. I believe that this is out of line and mods  should  ban that kind of behaviours. I personally feel disgusted with all these racist, sexist and harassing comments.

this is how public chat works. sadly stake does not have any rules about it . 

all you can do is stop looking at the chat . 

but next time if possible please do take a screenshot if you feel offended and u can post here to see if mods will take any action

Disgusting seeing mods let such comments get through and mute a person for asking a penny. Even if this is a casino does that mean you can say whatever you want except begging. That said this @remyredprobably just had a wet dream otherwise these stupids comments can't be explained.

The sad reality is that mods are simply not trained to deal with that kind of behavior. That's why they stick to muting people using caps or clearly begging. Anything demanding some form of judgment is beyond their abilities, for most of them anyway.

You also have to understand that you're mostly dealing with the lowest of the lows in some cases. Gambling sites attract the worst kinds of degens, so you're going to get very low level chat rooms.

If you're looking to make friends or have meaningful conversations, I would suggest seeking a different place. If you absolutely want to stay in the chat while you're gambling, you can just ignore people you find offensive.

I've had a problem with my shoulder for some time and I'm free from work, so I spend my time on chat more often. In the last few days I noticed many users with Platinum level 2 3 4 who did certain things by which they were supposed to receive mutes, but they did not receive anything. I tend to understand that those with a higher level are more free on chat. Look what happened to me yesterday, I wrote on the chat (who can help me until tomorrow) but I didn't say what I needed, maybe milk for coffee, maybe a pen, after not even 5 seconds I immediately got mute for 5 days . So @Marina K. did not expect much to happen. And by the way, you look cool

I agree on what you are saying, but unfortunately they are not in the "wrong" position. Stake is a community, and as a such it welcome people from all around accepted (and not accepted through VPN ) countries in the world. Because of that, you can expect people with all kind of backgrounds. Some of them you might not agree while with others you might get it very well. It's the same when you walk around the city or enter in a local casino. You can say your opinion, but this will not be entitled to force others to accept it ( as long it doesn't hurt you personally, which in this case users can get be banned).

The best way is to ignore these people, if you use this feature you will not be able to see their messages again, and stick around with the one that you feel most comfortable talking.

I have same issues, I'm gay, and every day I see so many discriminative messages 😂. Yes it's sad, but I don't care about what they write and I can feel only pity for them.
