Everyone, so I joined the Level up promotion last week with these games on sports: This is a promotion you have to bet every single bet 1x2 to win, and I did: Games 1. RB Leipzig - 1. Juventus FC - US Sassuolo Calcio sport:40109158 https://stake.com/sports/home?iid=sport%3A40109158&modal=bet ***************** The level up Promotion: This is the promotion (with different games, didnt screenshot the last weeks promo, same link) https://stake.com/promotions/promotion/sports-level-up-2022 (games changed since last week) ***************** So....... I won everyone of them at 5 dollar bet, and waited excited for a mail to get the payout. Offcourse this never came to me, so i contacted support. I got this respond: """I can see that your bet amount was $4.95 for all bets and the minimum was $5 for the promotion in order to be eligible. But, I will send your bets for review to the promotions team and they will see if we can do something here."""" He writes: "This is what you bet, and heres the value when you placed it" And im geting told that I did something wrong here, that I placed below the minimum bet.. Well I bet 5 on all games!! So thats NOT TRUE, why would i bet 4.80 or 4.95 on any of these bets when Im trying to get them all? It doesnt make any sense. I honestly never changed from 5! The promotion team said offcourse no, and that It was my own fault.. (never said this to me directly but trough my host). So I got "compensated" by my Host with a decent amount (shes really nice), but honestly I want to know how much I actually won!! This is so unfair, since the coin dropped the same minute i made this bet or what? Was it the Arsenal bet that was missing 0.05? or was it all, I BET 5 BUCKS ON ALL NO DOUBT! This stuff wants me to close down the account, I honestly wagered millions here, and this is what i get for an answer. Seriously stop screwing people over for less than 1% diff! Alcapa Posted August 18, 2022 #2 Posted August 18, 2022 Soo basically what happened here was a classic case of coin value fluctuating during the time of the bet. The value of eth must've dropped by said amount causing the bet to be lower than 5 bucks. That's pretty sad of stake to not accept that. Why even have these sort of challenges in fiat value when the site doesn't even hold a solid fiat amount when having a balance on here.

Yea No clue why I didnt, I had plenty balance for that. Its just sad, never thought this would be an issue, and that there was some sort of system that didnt screw me over this way, but I will just stop betting with crypto and here, lesson learned I guess.

I remember winning a bet build challenge and by the time of the result it went below the magic 5$ mark, still got paid out. So it's strange they are not willing to check it more deeply, because your are in the right, if it's true that everything was @ 5$

majali7891 Posted August 18, 2022 #9 Posted August 18, 2022 you have a point, the bet amount should be considered the moment you placed your bet, not to wait for it to drop then tell you that your bet was below required amount. or as said earlier to to set the coin amount instead of coin value in usd

zainnn Posted August 20, 2022 #17 Posted August 20, 2022 I tried to compute. Using the price from the time you bet and the price of eth now. And I can tell you really bet 5$. Plus it's zsynder's, always see you bet 5$ & above. Here's my computation. Eth price now over the time you bet (to compute the percentage of eth price drop) times 5$, and answer was supposedly minimum amount on your sports bet. And the amount of your bet now is 4.12$ so your bet wass 5$ above. Transparency is a must.

Yeah, I wish I did. It simply makes no sense to bet below 5 bucks on all games, why would I bet singles on all of them if I didnt try to win the promotion? just stupid honestly.
