akash009 Posted August 19, 2022 #1 Posted August 19, 2022 first i tell you i can't use a duplicate account ever i tell stake support about this account my 1st account still not atleast a bronze and i can't take any benefits of its can't deposit since 2019 till now when my 1st account 2factor authentication access is loss then i am not able to recovered my 2factor authentication at that time in 2019 so i decided to go for my 2nd account which i used currently when i recovered my 1st account 2factor authentication its too late for me for able to use this account because i much level up my 2nd account at that time period then i tell this thing at a time to stake support in 2020 i have 2 account which 1 account i recently recovered my 2factor authentication in jan 2020 and i can't want to use 2 account in stake i go with my 2account stake suggested me to only to play with one account my there is no intention to disabled my 2nd account followed by my 1st the i decided to self exclude my 1st account not for 2nd its just a misunderstanding i don't know the deeply effect of self exclude at that time time set by me on my 1st account so please give a chance its just only a misunderstanding i am honest player on stake and play here just for fun and time pass please help me my intention is not close my 2nd account i only go with only single account to play here thats it i don't know this would be happend with me when i tell to support about to change my email i can't do it its my plat 1 account please allows me to play with my account its my hardworking gained account i can't do it if i know by applying self exclude on my 1st account its harmed my 2nd account also it have since 4 month already goned by applying self exclude till now after i normal use my 2nd account when i tell support to my email change they suddenly take this action on my 2nd account on 2days later please i request you let me provide a chance please 🙏
