heavily inaccurate account statistics

I noticed a massive gap between the statistics for my account send by mail from stake and

and the amount I have wagered to get 4 tickets for todays raffle.

notes: my timezone GMT+2 ,  the stream starts at 14:30 , the same time weekly drop comes.

I requested a statistics mail 2 minutes before weekly drop release

I had 4 tickets for todays raffle. That means I have wagered at least $4000 in the time between last weeks raffle drawing and the stats mail above.

Also note, the number of 4th ticket is  # 607185

The total number of tickets for the weekly raffle is about 2 million tickets

So I got the 4th ticket a few days ago!

There is missing $400 for weeks wagered amount at minimum. That is 10% !!

There is no way to have any amount lower than $4000 if i got up to 4 tickets anytime between last weeks raffle drawing ( 16:00 at my timezone) and 6 days 22 hours and 28 minutes after, the time the statistics mails came in.

How can I trust stake that the level progress bar is reflecting the real amount I have wagered?

How can I trust that race positions are right?

My host also told me stake uses the same stats for any kind of boni calculation, reloads etc pp.

Whatever.

Is this the way stake fup their customers?

Did you noticed any  inaccurate account statistics in the past?

I asked my host about it but she refused to answer my question...

As the statement at the bottom of your statistics email shows “Please note that these statistics are updated in 24 hour intervals.”

That’s the first factor to take into consideration.

As well I have no idea how the calculation is made, but you also have to take in account that if you bet/wager in crypto (specially in BTC) you should keep in mind the fluctuations of said crypto.

Probably you wagered 4K or more but considering BTC dropped almost 4K (24k to almost 20k at the time of this posting) there could be a remote possibility that the email just transcripts the reflected crypto value at the time of request.

That said I can assure you (from my personal experience) that the progress bar is not affected from this fluctuations.

.

Just check yourself, request a stats mail, wager 1-2 dollars and request another stats mail. it reflects the wagered amount.

the statement at the bottom of mail is not correct.   the '5 statistic mails per 24 hours'  is not correct too. you can request as much as you like. just click the button again if it shows up the limit reached error and  youll get a mail.

edit: seems like they fixed that

But for the raffle tickets they take the price at time  a bet is placed?

if so the stats should go up if bitcoin price raises.

(Not sure if the stats they mail you are based on current price or at the time of wager, but it's probably based on current price since that's what the stats on your profile are based on)

Well for sure I guess, when you reach the 1k threshold the ticket is then counted.

Stats could go up, but that doesn’t matter, stats for vip progress and raffle tickets are correct as of the currency you bet them in.

Thats not true, if you bet 1.000€ and request the stadistics, you will be see this amount instantly

but there is no change in the value if i place a bet in the morning, and check the stats at the evening after price movement.

this does not make any sense at all. why should stake take the value at time a bet is placed for anything but the stats?

im glad you brought this up in the forum and i hope more people respond. I check my stats throughout the week and they are never ever accurate. funny thing being is my losses are always more in reality then is shown on the statistic request. the bonus amount is always more then what I actually get. I never withdraw, so i just add up my deposits for the week when im at zero balance, minus the actual bonus recieved and not even close. always a few hundred lost then is stated. however its handled the it never is in my benefit thats for fucking A sure.

Read a similar thread yesterday the guy missed weekly promotion because of the fluctuating nature of crypto. Stake should consider taking the value of the bet staked at that time

For that particular raffle time-period, you had wagered exactly $4773.99 - A users statistics email is updated in 24-Hour intervals and may be subjected to fluctuations. You are not missing any wager towards your raffle. :)

If you ever have any doubts, you can reach out to support and ask to be put in contact with me. :)

This is not right. If i wager just now 1$ and request a stats mail, the 1$ is added to the statistics.

This weeek It is the same problem again. I just requested a stats mail. It says

$2,775.17 wager this week.

But I got 3 tickets for this weeks raffle. so there is again a massive gap of at least 12 percent!!!
