Stake account hacked/balance withdrawn

What's strange is the second email on the account. Users can change the email address but can't add a secondary email. Only support can do that.

No, you don't need to activate 2fa to withdraw. You will receive an email with a code to complete the withdrawal.

I opened my request on Tuesday and they told me up to 72 hours for a "General manager" to investigate. It's now Saturday and I'm still waiting for an update. Going to make a seperate request through support since they told me in their email not to message in that same response thread since it will potentially increase my waiting time. Which also makes no sense at all

it happened to me once, and i did not get a notification on email to aprove his login, it was 0.03 btc damn it..quite some money, i feel you mate.

Sorry mate, this happened to me beginning of the year I had 3k stolen from mine same scenario. Stake will not give my money back to me. So best of luck

It's absolutely crazy that this seems to actually be a common thing with stake. This obviously shows a huge flaw in their system that this is a regular thing.

Yes I received a email from stake around Jan 2nd about a monthly bonus. Never clicked it at all just scrolled and forwarded to my vip host about a scam. Next thing I know I hit a fruit party max win for 25k when I withdrew 20k to my wallet I can back and had 2k left with a 1.5k being played in dice which I never play

With 2fa its almost impossible to hack an account. Unless ur phone or pc hacked

Nobody knows I play. Definitely not someone I know. Also the session logs show someone logging in from Oslo.

Stake has secured my account and I can now use it again. However no resolution regarding the lost 10.7k as if this time

Confirmed that there will be no reimbursement or bonus to help with the situation regarding the lost funds, but my account is now secured and I was able to withdraw the rest.

Your story is uhm flawed 2fa is good only you would have access to it and yeah it's highly likely you lost the money elsewhere and now your trying to.double dip 😉 not on Eddie's watch

If someone was trying to get into your account you wouldn't receive a email from stake forums you would receive email from.stake support that email.loooks sketch.. did you click.secure my account or reset password

TYPICAL STAKE … lol the only place that DOESNT work with there customers. This place is absolutely fucking shameless. Its never stake fault no matter the situation. Ive never seen a company BLAME the customers 100% of the time in my life

I keep getting phishing emails now too with what seems to be a stake email stating I have a bonus to claim. If I check the sender it's usually something like [email protected] or similar. Be safe out there. Lots of scams and security issues. Not sure how they would have my email address to know to phish me with a stake bonus but it's happened frequently over the past week.

You started saying , you wager a lot with them . and hopefully they can accommodate you . you then mentioned your account is new and the 10k was on your account for less than 20minutes . ( provide ur wager stats and account creation date screenshot) include a screenshot of your deposit of the 10k and the withdrawal of it , so we can see the time stamps . Also , there's no way you make an account , nothing ever happens to it , you depo 10k and a hacker snatches your account 10minuteslater . come on man . at what point do you look at yourself and think , this story is insane .

You are grossly misunderstanding the situation. I went from a 2k deposit to winning a balance up to 10k in minutes. My account is new yes, so what? How does that chance any validity to my story? My account is only around a month old and I'm already plat 4. What part of my story is insane exactly? There is picture proof my account was accessed from a completely different country at the time of the withdrawal.
