Well in my humble opinion Kevin has not been kidnapped at all. He is just buried under a pile of papers working out how much would the post monthly bonus (if given) would cost the company. 

Most likely Kevin would have worked out the figures and submitted it for Eddie knowledge and also approval.

We just have to wait for the good news now.

Heres the thing, Eddie doesnt run shit as stake. he is just the "pretty" face everybody can love or hate. Its the other owners of stake, more then fifty percent, whom make all the decisions to better steal your money day in , day out. they wear black just like eddie but they arent your friendly neighborhood Aussie goofball. they are hardend  criminals hiding out in some east European country doing shady shit and being fattenend by the academy of fools such as ourselves
