NRJackson Posted August 24, 2022 #1 Posted August 24, 2022 So I was spinning with Doge coin at USD .2 spins and after 20,000+ spins hit the max win 22,500x for $4,500. I immediately withdrew my money and exchanged it to USD because I saw Doge tanking on the market. By the time I posted my bet ID it shows my spin was .17 which it was not at the time the bet was placed and paid out. You also cannot spin Might of Ra in USD Fiat for less than .2. I feel robbed.

Seems they shoulda done the right thing here; especially since it's not even possible to have bet less than .2.....a little discretion shoulda been used here imo..... But on the other hand....you turned 20 cents into over 4k....if you can't find solace in that, i dunno, yo 🤷♂️

And you posted your bet after 55h. I like the rule and I think the span should be even shorter than 48h, but I would suggest you to change the wording in the conditions. "You should post your bet within 48 hours after you catch it." doesn't sound like you're not eligible once 48h passed. To me it sounds more like a suggestion.

This is stake's issue with understanding english, not the player's. Anyway what's the point in posting until 48 hours if the challenge is not over? maybe someone that is active in these things may explain the logic behind it

By knowing where your current score puts you on the leaderboard, you can decide if it's worth it to go for a higher multi or not. By not posting until the last minute, you prevent other players from having the same info about your multi (or cards, or streak, etc.).

I have never had to download a .Json file and search for a specific bet ID before, I messaged stake support before 48 hours had passed, stating that I needed the bet ID for the $7,000 return of the king forum. I was sent to a tutorial post on how to do this and I was like cool. after hours of searching for the bet, I realized the dates on the bet archives were not correct so I had to go through the day before and after the win. It was in the bet archive of the day after. still it took weeks and weeks of spins and was a one in a million of not more win. Sad how you treat the people who spend the most time on your site, making strict rules for no reason. Stake was aware before the 48 hours that I was struggling to post my win. Just a bunch of rich assholes. I don't even care about the $600 tbh it's really just the principle. Over a million wagered on this site to be treated like shit. We are still real people, not robots that can find a bet ID mixed in with 80,000 other spins and bets instantly. Sorry I continued to bet after my win.... I was going to do a giveaway for my viewers with the money, they were all waiting for my post to win..

Likewise, if I had left you in the first place, other users would have noticed because they are reviewing my every challenge and waiting for my mistake. In that case, almost 10 users below you would have to receive double rewards. And here there would not be a discussion about how someone was left without a prize, but because it is not fair that the rules are not respected, the story in my case certainly ends the same as for any challenge in the past and that is the story of how we do not respect and we are trying to scam our users.

That's like saying to someone well you won the race why do you need the first place trophy you already won. That has to be the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard. You are suggesting that who ever got the highest multiplier in the challenge should not be allowed to post it cause they already got a big multiplier. Like what?

"It took me more than 2 days to figure out how to post the bet" is not a good argument for why the rules shouldn't apply to you.
