Cant claim my highest odd's prize

Hey!  i just noticed that i would of have paste my sport id instead of screenshot. I didn't notice this cause usually the screenshot has done the job in these forum challenge's. Anyway my ticket is there and it was pretty solid bet too :). is there anyway to fix this that i could claim my prize and i will be more accure next time.

Your multiplier wasn't big enough to get into the top 50. That's why you get this error when you try to claim the prize. Only the top 50 multipliers can win a prize from the prize pool, not everyone who participated.
