So I'm sitting here working on my last 3ish percent to Plat 2 when another fucking Rain Farmer pipes up with his who "Time for lunch" horseshit, as if I needed to be reminded that I left mine sitting on the counter when I left for work. So i click their name and prepare to banish them to the list of people I assume are 700 alt accounts of the same three members of some can rattling alliance, and then it hits me...

What if, we could add notes to our block lists. Just a little extra piece of information so that we could keep track of the reasons we've blocked people. Here's just an idea of what this might look like.

The color coding is also effective in associating the severity of the offensive behaviour. In all seriousness, I think that a lot can be done to assist in weeding out the garbage from the site, and I would like to have the chance to reflect back on some of these shushings and give them another chance. Either way, this data would be useful for Administration and I cant imagine it would be too difficult to implement it.

After clicking the offending party's name, You click block. Another panel opens "Reason - Optional" with an option  to write a small caption and assign a color to the text. Additionally, one could set silence timers so that a person who is blocked would then become unblocked after a period of time, then in a situation where the one would decide to block them again for something else or a repeated offense. One could then build a behavioural profile. Basically my interest is in weeding out the beggar trash. I mean I do enjoy shittalking some of the clowns on here, but I'm running out of 'A' Material. (Not really, but soon maybe.)

Anyway, that's all for now.

Unless we have to pay to block individual users, I doubt stake will be motivated to code this. A greasemonkey or browse extension with shared lists would be pretty cool, though. Select which type of people you want to block, as you've categorised them - beggar, scammer, complains about scams, uses 300 emojis and pretends to be a cute Asian girl, etc.

I think it benefits stake to have a busy chat box, else it wouldn't be the mess that it is. Draw your own conclusions about why that might be. It could be as simple as busy looks better - given two restaurants next to each other, we'll be drawn to the one that's busy and not the one that's empty.
