Difference between pre and post monthly, once for all.

I lately start to see a lot of people saying that they got pre-monthly. Pre-monthly here and pre-monthly there. Then I find out that they referred to the post-monthly bonus.

Stake monthly bonus is once for month. We may get it from first to the 30/31 of the month. If we receive a smaller bonus from the first until monthly then it's a pre-monthly. If we receive a smaller bonus between monthly and the end of the month it's a post-monthly.

It's not hard to understand. Please stop referring to post-monthly as being a pre-monthly.
