How to stop the autolose mode in originals?

Hello all

i dont know what to say about Stake but i can say about support that any problems (lose money by Errors in bet)

they say you have vpn and  bla bla bla and i tried to understand what they want From me ?!?!

didnt know how to use vpn already and the Tech support didnt answer me what to do

only one time they send me some lost money when was the D-Dos attack in weekly live stream by eddie .

 

but i had 1000 issued and they send money back only 1 time ?! when i deposit a lot of money(atleast for me) 

they trying to lie about tech problem on my PC or Network like vpn

So People i want to understand how can i stop The lose mode (Lose only bets)(It's when the bets one by one always  red until your all money lost)

i tried every tech support and they saying it's a luck or something... (NO GUYS I'M NOT SO STUPID "LUCK REALY"?? )

For Example

i can start  with bet minimum amount 0.00000333 

18 Mines x 2 square/diamonds = 14.14x

sometimes win can fall after 10 rolls and sometimes it can stuck until your money finished...

and what funny after 50 rolls or more if i changes the mines amount in the game to 1 in a moment , you can see that it's lose in 1.08X after 50 or more losses in a row

Or if you just going all in after row of losses some how (can't belive that it's luck just impossible) you put 1mine amount and choose 1 Square(deamond)

it's LOSE !! after 20 or 30 or 40 losses in a row how the hell...

 

so i want to find the solution for that maybe change one of thing 

i use My notebook and connecting to stake with networks from work or from the phone

1. IP - Dynamic ip, VPN ,changing ip

2. Stake Settings - Session,API

3. Browser - Cookies- clear the cookies or keep them ?! , what is the best browser for stake!?

4. Mac address - if i enter to stake from another device can change something?!

5. day time - if the site is busy and there is a lot of users and lags

6. Deposit - a lot of times was easier to win something after deposit (but not always)

7. Withdraw - i had a situation that i won about 3000$ on mines 

i used some strategy and it's worked perfectly . but when i did withdraw for 2000$

and played with 1000$ in the same game ,same strategy , same time

in few minutes i lost that 1000$ by every bet = lose , What happening ?!? 

 

so what can affect on the lose Mode please tell me everything that you know !!

and please admins, mods please don't tell me that it's luck !! or vpn problem when i didnt use vpn(or maybe i need to use some vpn Dunno)

i have a lot of proof about what i wrote here about lose mode and impossible unreal luck

i showed it to the support and nothing happend same "VPN" problem they call it when i stay because of that every time

without money.... must say i checked that it's work in every originals games (no way eddie show us the real way to win in that games ).
