I think that's one reason of the Bitcoin price change now. I am not really sure but in my own opinion it affect the bitcoin price. 

We really don't know who that person is, and what his/her purpose.

i think sameway because it is not considered as little amount of buying here must impact market

Edit---might influenced a little. Not a lot considering bitcoins market cap over 500 billion--
