I messaged support and had to verify a bunch of information and give them a bunch of transactions I have made for deposits. After doing so they informed me they would now send all this information to their higher ups and would get back to me on if I would get my account back. does anyone know how long this will take? (They said up to 72 hours) also will this affect any bonuses like weekly or monthly? I am a plat 2 vip as well

It wont lol . And how much they took?
thejunespirit Posted September 13, 2022 #3 Posted September 13, 2022 Took me like over a week to regain access after my phone was stolen and lost 2FA... Had to provide so much evidence that they requested and numerous delays while supposedly being checked by managers. Horrible experience, barely deposited anything since and using another site after that debacle. No bonuses were affected as far as I'm aware but slightly different situation to yours.

I am a plat 2 vip as well I think your bonus not affect because your static always on stake database And yes they will take 72 hours or more for account recovery i try reset my 2FA and they take 5 day to resolve my issue

I am currently dealt with the same problem. Iv honestly been really disgusted by what they are having me do. Like I understand the security of it but after I sent in all this information that no one could fake as well having to send deposit transactions from certain dates over a year ago…. And now I had to send a selfie with Id in the picture. Shouldn’t me providing screenshots of my personal wallet of sent transactions be enough? I thought being a plat vip meant something but you have to be diamond to have special treatment. I will probably move away from this site after this experience. One of the worst iv experienced. But i'm afraid to someone doing something with my account, i mean if the hacker ask for a self exclude on my account? How proceed in this case? I'm not asking for self exclude since i get 42 days of reload and monthly coming.. i'm not stupid. But i'm wonder if my account will be secure since i have send all details by mail, please, someone can answer me if i can have my account back and if it will be everything ok I'm waiting for 72hours... i just want my account back, want to play again.. Please support, help me to get back my account.
