WHY is this place NEVER transparent with us customers ?

First id just like to say ive never seen a multi million dollar company only announce certain things when it benefits THEM .. for example the watford promo has been taken off and disabled .. why not make an announcement for that ? instead some will bet it and be looking out for it if it wins. i guess i just cant comprehend the zero transparency. If stake makes a mistake its automatically blamed on everyone BUT them ... you go to live support to try and resolve an issue and all you get is copy and pasted messages.

WHY is there even live support ? anything we need an answer too we can just look up. any other problems they wont even attempt to work with you much less look into any problem.

i know theres people that have lost WAY MORE but as a customer thats lost over 15 grand i guess i just expected them to do things differently. at least ACT like you have a heart beating in your chest ? most of these people are COLD HEARTED and dont give a god damn. is stake not paying employees enough ? idk .. i dont get a lot of shit that goes on here. its growing day by day but absolutely nothing changes ..

95% of people are calling for "monthly" you think as a company when thousands and thousands want something you give it. you make your customers happy. isnt that how you run a successful business ? not here. all they care about is if the streamers are happy. thats JUST FACTS.

please dont come on here stating that im wrong. i have no hair on my tongue i say whatever i feel and the truth at all times. i like stake but it could be ran so soooo much better!

I had no idea that they removed the Watford promotion until now when I read it here, they said that the promotion will go on for every game in the championship this season in the promotion post so I didn't think I had to check back if it was there, what a joke!
I already have my bet placed on them tonight.
You are right they need to announce things like that for us!

It was valid for that season. Which already finished. Now there are other promos.

What's happening to this website is so sad, that's why I made up my final decision to move back to my old casino instead of this one..

Well this is a direct cash-based business.. 

Saying that Him or the HQ does not have a clue on what's going on leads to one conclusion; They do not care anymore..

Either they got their stomachs full and having fun around relying on ongoing earnings Or they are dumb enough to let things run without their knowledge which i doubt..

Thy know but don't care, now their target is to assemble as much gamblers as they can from every place on earth regardless of their age.. which is obvious from the amount of streamers they are using.. one dollar from each means the business will keep providing the juice for them..

Everton has requested Stake to stop using their name for promoting a couple of weeks ago, it was on the news. So the answer is "yes" its gone too.

Yes, they have gotten rid of the cup promo but the Prem League promo of getting paid out if 2 goals or more. Seems like Stake has gotten rid of all the easy sports promos that can be hit.

They don't care to make people happy as they know people will keep playing here regardless. Lets be honest, there are not many good alternatives to Stake.  But I think every monthly bonus should be in range of 30 days from the previous one. When they want, they can give it earlier as they did last month cuz of the stake birthday, but should not make your customers wait 40 days to get monthly.

When this website started a regular user betting .01$ was treated as a god damn billionaire walking into a real casino. These days they no longer even give a single dime about anything, support has turned into a chat bot, the way they answer any enquiry these days sounds like this "we make the rules, go f*** yourself". This platform grew because the team behind it used to actually value user and user experience, a dozen of online casinos had bonuses back then but none had the same user experience.
