Judy4 Posted September 14, 2022 #1 Posted September 14, 2022 So i got my account verified on level 1 but the level 2 take more time than usual, my friend and I make an account on the same day but his account got verified the 2nd day, i contacted sa live support and i tell her my concern she said that i would need to wait for three working days. and I need to wait patiently. but why i take so long. we submitted same requirement and the lady support keep saying i should wait. i ask politely but she insist she couldn't do anything to speed up the process. but my other friend tried to contact live support and the Male agent says "wait let me check to speed up the process" like brooo. why is my live support giving me a hard time?
