I have gambled at lots of other online casinos, and in brick and mortar casinos, and the difference in how you're treated is night and day. I would have the name and phone number of my hosts, and could speak to them 24/7. They treated me with respect at all times and took ownership of any issues that I had until it was resolved and I was satisfied.
