I have been trying to talk to support about this also and they just reply with that stupid macro that "every is correct, marketing blah blah is it normal to deposit $2,200 and lose it all, without any withdraw, all wagered on slots and sport bets and only get $45 for the month? I deposited $2,200 since October 6th and played slots, sports bets, I won on some slots, I wagered it all back, never withdrew a penny but my monthly bonus was $45.... When I was lower level I was getting like $100 monthly bonuses. I just saw on my statistics it shows $150 in bonuses for the month which is probably my weekly + the monthly bonus. Can any other players confirm this is normal?
