some chat mods are quick to mute without justification

why is it that some mods apparently don't know  the definition of begging?  in case one comes across this post and is unsure what it means, ill tell you what  doesn't mean. when someone in chat asks someone else in chat " yo you got that 5 bucks from the other day?" ,that is obviously not in any way begging. and if your unsure why not ask someone before you whip out the ole trigger finger and wield you magnificent  and amazing powers by slamming a mute. for christs sake that shit is more then annoying when at the same time obvious beggars that sit there all day begging with an air of flamboyant shamefulness and you do nothing. most mods are swell, and do a great job but a few should have become cops if they have a power trip issue.
