I got accused of multi accounting for no reason !

Dear Support,

First of all my pre monthly was less than 0.0001 cent as well as my monthly was also way below my vip lvl with only 0.80 cent even tho i wagered 21k.

And now the support accuses me of having 2 accounts but i dont have a 2 account ! 

The only thing they tell me is that their system is flawless and does not make ANY mistakes ever. 

Can anyone reach out and please help me or at least tell me what is going on exactly other than " Its the system" ?

 

I really do enjoy being on Stake so far but this is just takeing all that away.

Well im silver and even as bronze the pre monthly and monthly i recieved where way to low
