The first step is to self exclude yourself from this casino and all other casinos you ever played on, idk what country you live in but for example UK have gamban, Sweden have spelpaus and it blocks you from all gambling sites where they have license, all other casinos you need to self exclude by yourself.
We all do mistakes and you have understood that you can't control your gambling so you have to block yourself.
