ezcake Posted September 19, 2022 #1 Posted September 19, 2022 I love to drink some white claw and lay on the beach!
ubbey04 Posted September 22, 2022 #3 Posted September 22, 2022 Every day we face different kinds of stress.. At home, work , peer /society pressure , school or from simple things and not all can manage to overcome it.. the worst scenario could be deadly . As for me , whenever I'm stress out .. I walked out .. do some breathing exercise, drink cold water, try to calm down and pray.. telling myself everything will be ok .
Hagen666 Posted September 27, 2022 #7 Posted September 27, 2022 I used to stress alot before. So much that that it was too hard on my body and mind.. Then i started working out at a gym, and swimming 4 days a week. And now i deal with stress a much better way, im leaving it at the gym and smimmingpool.

I love how you manage your stress by having yourself a "me time" engaging into sports and fitness .
Support VeljkoDu Posted September 28, 2022 Support #9 Posted September 28, 2022 I generally am a lot stronger for experiencing, and confronting stress, as well to avoiding stress altogether before it goes deep into my head. But, we are all humans. Stress happens... What do I do to manage stress, well let's name some things: Generally being able to vent to some person (really closer person to whom you can talk about anything openly) is for me the best way, even though being a "lonewolf" as I like to be. After that to make you smile is the best thing ever... After that, any hobby, anything that can turn your thoughts to the other direction. Playing video games, watching some series/movie, going outside by yourself (or with someone, but that can be taken as venting), and while outside walking and going deep into thoughts, or listening to music. Generally things that turn away the thoughts that stress you are the things you should acknowledge and use in time of need. At the end of the day, we should all strive not to get overwhelmed and start stressing out about something, as it doesn't help anything. We should either try to fix it, if possible, if not let go of it. But self-made depression and stress is quite common with today's, and therefore my generation. Also there is a saying that goes: There is a glass of water, half filled. Two people look at it and both have something to say. One is positive and one is negative. They say: Positive: That glass is half full. Negative: That glass is half empty. It's not always about the things in our life, and actually it generally isn't. Instead, it's about our perception of life, how we choose to use our brain and think. Take positives out of every situation. No matter how hard life sometimes punches us, we should always get up high and never give up and let some dumb things overwhelm us. This was a good topic and I enjoyed opening to it and answering! Have a nice day!❤️

Betwrong Posted September 28, 2022 #23 Posted September 28, 2022 Watching a good movie, even not for the first time, effectively relieves stress for me. Why "not for the first time"? Well, it's risky when you are stressed already to watch something that can only stress you more.
