Hi all - I am trying to appeal a denial of being a winner from [ 14.09.2022.] Slot-Hunt Part 1 ] - i am admittedly new to the hunts and my Dog/best friend had just passed away and was trying some new promo’s out to take my mind off of things. . . I had played in a few - and on the 17th I just happen to hit a 500x on Mad Cars. . . In the stake telegram channel for the hunts it says “

Minimum bet is $0.1 & first 5 who post valid entry (game ID) in the "Challenges" chat room will be the winners. Old bets will not be accepted. One win per day.

There is a link that is given, that brings you to the “challenges” page - and to the right there is a chat, which i dont often use much. . . And at the top it said English, which is the language i speak. . . I posted my bet ID and everything 3 times just to be sure and also asked to make sure i didn’t need to do anything else quite a few times. . . There were no mods or anyone apparently, and no one had said “you need to click up where it says English, and change it to “challenges” nor does it say this ANYWHERE in the daily hunts. . . I had no idea the menu contained a hidden section for challenges amongst the other languages, nor why would anyone unfamiliar ever think to change their language preference?  I was in the “challenges page” thinking i was in the “challenges” chat - and speak English. . .  I received no guidance from anyone other than congrats and keep it up - which told me i had done what i needed to do - the challenges ended about an hour later, and i was not listed as a winner and i contacted support who proceeded to tell me there was a secret section in the languages tAB to post my bet ID. . . Now this isn’t a dispute over IF i qualified. . . But a matter of logistics and not being guided by anyone, nor does it give detailed instructions on the hunts pages. .. and so they didn’t honor my win. .. i just dont understand if you’re running a promo, and the point is for ACTUAL WINNERS to win, then why make it so that a technicality that could have easily been avoided had there been the picture support SO EASILY sent me after the fact??   It just doesn’t make sense and is so disappointing to me considering how hard it is with the games listed typically and I was so excited - only to be let down by a technicality that NOBODY new to the hunts would ever know. . . Why not just give the description of where to click to post??   With this i believe i am rightfully a winner, owed the amount promised. . Since i did seek advice, support, and asked and asked to be sure - only to have no mods or support to answer my question to be sure i was correct, thus i was a winnder in my book considering i was i think an hour or so before then ending, and the 3rd person in succession. . . Can someone please help me with this. .. i ave such a bad taste from this and am still shocked i was denied a prize over this matter. . .thank you for your consideration, and i just dont know why if so easy for support hours later to send me a picture and details of where to go specifically. . Why not on the hunts telegram?  Please consider this - this is really a cheap shot to me and my loyalty to stake and would really think i deserved to be paid. . . Thank you kindly. -

I was ON THE CHALLENGES PAGE, DIRECTLY LINKED FROM TELEGRAMS BONUS HUNT PAGES, and IN THE CHAT ROOM LOCATED ON THE CHALLENGES PAGE - AND I SPEAK ENGLISH SO - NOT TO MENTION I ASKED FOR HELP, GUIDANCE, ASSURANCE, LITERALLY DID EVERYTHING I COULD TO MAKE SURE I WAS NOT MISSING OUT.. . .             How, would new ‘Hunters’ EVER know that in a drop down menu, above the chat, in-between 17 languages, was there a new language you a called “challenges”?? And even more so - how would new comers ever find this out if NOBODY IS THERE TO HELP??? And nobody answers .  .           And here I am. . Getting made fun of, for not knowing that the chat room that was in the challenges page, was not “”””THE”””” CHALLENGES chat room that you so concisely direct everyone too so clearly by writing “be sure to post in the challenges chat room”.. . . When you obviously have DEFINITELY have had this problem before and haven’t added  simply 5 words to clear it up. . . Thanks so much for your help and for being there when i was asking for help in the first place… many of times.. . It clearly says post in the TG channel so think thats on you but at the same time I think if they go through your chat logs and see that you really asked in chat at the time, why not just give you the price, its like nothing to Stake and it just feels they dont really care at all. Could have easily just given the price as a goodwill thing and told you to do the correct way in the future.

Im mod of the spanish room, this guy never asked a question there so I have zero responsability on this. 

He posted the question late on forum (more than a question it is a complain now) and was answered.

He could have used Live Support to ask where to post the bet if he was not smart enough to read the rules of the contest in time before joining. But he didnt afaik.

So this is pretty clear that no matter where I go for help - I can’t get the proper help or even a response from anyone through the right channels  - here I am filing an appeal and can’t even get a ACTUAL MODERATOR FROM THE HUNT OR THE CHALLENGES CHANNEL OR THE ENGLISH CHANNEL OR THE SUPPORT CHANNEL OR ANYONE from the “GIVES A DAMN” CHANNEL AND I’M THE ONE THATS WRONG???????????

Pretty sure this proves my entire point - HOW DO YOU GET HELP WHEN ASKING FOR IT - THEN WAITING FOR OVER 15 MINUTES FOR SUPPORT “LIVE CHAT” TO RESPOND?? How would I ever find this info out????  And so helpful to have wise-ass answers and a mod from the Spanish channel . . .  So smarty Spanish mod. . . With something so time sensitive - how did I ever even have a CHANCE??????

Sorry to say but you are out of luck. Even if you had posted it in the right channel and the mods missed it, they would not listen to your appeal.

 

Similar to the Watford promo which they said would be running for the whole season they just removed it. Was not possible to get your bet back even.

Why should i have to do dumb sh*t to get peoples attention just to get help around here when we are all spending REAL money??  If you cant help and just wanted to be a wise ass about something that is serious to me - at a sad point after just suffering a loss then why even bother?  Isn’t professionalism part of being a moderator??? You know its bullshit that i didn’t get the credit - and if you do have the power to approve the appeal then why cant you just help someone that plays EVERY SINGLE DAY on here out a little for something that he played in, won in, but because of a technicality that is not clearly listed where to put the bet ID - then why not just approve it for me man? I’m not asking a whole lot - I’m sure you get points for doing good deeds and attending to matters and showing that you actually care about clients that spend  money will do nothing but good things for you too . .. I just DONT GET IT. .. you’re literally the ONLY mod that has even bothered to pay attention to it. .  This is something that means a lot to me, might not mean a lot to you - but at the time I was so excited to have played in many of them and actually win one - only to find out that some BS kept me from being an “actual” winner??? I dont understand why you go out of your way to make me feel bad and be sarcastic about something like this - and basically kick me while I’m down. .. like how is that fair to me??  I hit the quota, before 2 others, and deserve the reward - i dont know if you have dogs or cats or any pets but at the time it made me feel happy for 2 seconds in a time that still kills me every day - he was literally my best friend and all this bullsh*t people write is just not cool - $40 may be nothing to you but to me its part of Simba’s (my dogs RIP) ER bill from when i had to rush him in the middle of the night, spend $1400, end up having to put down and still leave without my best friend in the whole world. . . So you can sit there and do nothing and strike me for getting your attention - but I’m not letting this go - because now its just the point of people putting me down when I’m already down. . .  And F everyone making a joke out it. . . If you dont have anythign good to add - then go do something produtive instead of making people feel like sh*t more than they already do - such unappreciation here. . .

i do agree with the op there is no instructions of clicking the drop down langue menu to find the challenges chat room and his second post clearly shows how one could think they are in the challenges chat room without instructions to click drop down language menu

SOOOO - APPARENTLY, asking 3 times, in the chat that i was in, on the challenges page - “Is this where i post my bet ID for the hunt?? I just want to make sure because this is my first time and i don’t want to miss it!! “ and i got absolute NO RESPONSE TELLING ME OTHERWISE, until AFTER it was already over. . .you’re saying that was not ample amount of effort, or SMARTS ACCORDING TO YOU, to try my best to find out . .

@maverick528just as i thought - has the time to put people down and put them down and make them feel like they dont mater - But no time to be of real help. . . Just another power hungry bully who wanted a moderator badge - congrats on a job well done. . .sad that they dont review who they make as moderators - thanks so much for the help. .. humanity at its best. . .

Thank you all for not taking up an issue that is clearly important to me, a DAILY STAKE PLAYER WHO SPENDS REAL MONEY EVERY SINGLE DAY . . . Thank you all for not helping. . And $40 might not be much to you - but to me it means a lot when. You’ve been run over by a car, have tons of medical issues and bills, a new VET ER bill from when my pup passed away recently and not to mention the normal bills I have to stay on top of - and do, otherwise i wouldn’t be here but $40 would always help . . .

I think you put the circle in the wrong place, as can be seen in your own picture.

If you entered in this challenge, because you knew which slot to play , it was because you were looking to the right TG channel.

And there you can find a link to the complete explanation about the challenges (it is here in forum).

It is clearly described there in the rules that you have to post your betID in the Challenges chat room to complete the Challenge, as I have posted several days ago. No betID posted in the Challenges chat room means no challenge completed.

Same thing happens for the forum challenges, it doesnt matter if you hit the correct multiplier on the correct slot but if you dont post the betID in forum you are not joining the challenge.

I will lock this now because everything has already been said about this. matter.
