Good night, I want say for support should work better what does it Mean? They are able to block account like withdraw deposits withdraws blocking play. 

But when you Tell them you are addicted cant control your games and u wish ur account be locked (permamently) on Betting they answer u better luck next time i Report gambling problem 4months ago for i am addicted and i wish my account get blocked there wasnt any answer like they didnt block my account they didnt care about it all they have in minds answer u better luck next time.
