I hope this email finds you well.

 

 
Few months ago, I tried to deposit XRP and I forgot to enter the
MEMO TAG needed as it was shown as an optional choice.
It wasn't my first time to deposit as I was depositing daily with the MEMO at that time
, it was my first time to forget something like that.
My friend who's also a member in this casino
told me he had the same problem and he forgot also to enter the MEMO tag and
contacted the support and they kindly returned his
money back in 2 days with no issues. So I tried to contact the support agents
they told me that I can get my money back in 5-7 days. So

 I contacted them again and they told me it might take a bit longer up to 10
days and when I asked again after 10 days, they told
 me they money got lost which got me a bit angry about
the way they talked to me and the fake promises.
I am sorry if I said something wrong I hope you understand the situation I was in.

I got frustrated because my friend got his money back and the support kept telling me
that I will get my money back in 5-7 or even up to 10 days.
And out of sudden I got a rude reply from a support agent telling me to stop asking daily about
the money. I mean eventually it is my money and I had plans as I was patiently waiting.
you can freely to look at all my previous chats to confirm everything.
I got disappointed and asked to contact the manager
and out of sudden I got my LIVE chat disabled.

I hope you understand that it's unfair to be treated like this and I do respect
all the agents and the effort they put to help everyone. So please reactivate my live chat support
and I hope I get my deposit or anything I can claim so we can make both sides happy !
