These are the two bet IDs: 1.casino:113280293329 and 2.casino:113280550761. No1, i cashed out at 5x but it didn't paid out and it crashed at 5.3x No2, i cashed out at 1.9x but it didn't paid out and crashed at 1.96x. Auto cash out was set at 33x. When i talked with support, i got the typical reply that either my device is outdated or internet is slow. Both of which are incorrect. My point is if i cashed out before it crashed and if the timing of cashing out exceeds the crash then it generally gives a notification that ROUND ALREADY FINISHED. But here in both the cases it didn't. I don't know whom to contact hence asking help from you guys. Have been at stake for more than a year, i love stake, haven't issued or raised a complaint till now, hope i receive the same love from you guys. @Eddie @Steve @Mikey @Nenad @AleksandarZ
