i cannot join chat room where i live and i can speak and understand?

 i was always muted whem im trying to join japanese, i like to join and interact will fellow staker who live hre in japan, but when i was trying to start a conversation i was always muted, i can show proofthat i live here in japan and i can speak japanese, is there any problem with that? here is the proodthat i lvie in japan

You should be able to enter any chat room .. not matter where you come from.

Just make sure you write in the language of that chatroom.

Maybe your missing out a rule? Recheck the chat rules.
