winning a game is luck or strategy

Hi there it's been month i am on stake still not got it whether its strategy or game of chance. 

As i am beginner i played some games but didnt get the big out come. 

For example if you are playing slide and reading the pattern most of the time it quickly changes. 

So please tell is it a strategy play or only game of chance.

I beleive its both one thing I do strategically is like while playing keno I will change seeds while it's on auto bet until I'm on a seed that's winning at a noticeably higher rate than the prior seeds
