Is there a real birthday bonus?

It’s my real birthday yesterday yet I don’t receive any bonus. I don’t receive any email and I’m curious if there’s a bonus or not. Do you guys also experience this?

I’ve actually never heard of a birthday bonus but I’ve heard of your “stake birthday” bonus I.e. the anniversary of the day you first created your stake account. From what I’ve been told you only get it if you have a VIP host though so Plat 4 and above only…

As long as you are verified you are eligible.

I didnt get the email as well but asked the chat support and they gave me the link. But since your birthday is over now maybe they will say wait until next year.

Actually, I spoke with support yesterday, and they indicated the marketing team would email me. I wait all day, but I doubt I'll receive anything for this year. 😅

Sometimes your mail provider blocks emails from stake , mine does.

I dont receive the emails when I request my statistics and didnt get the bday mail as well. So dont rely on what the chat says. My host told me if I didnt get the mail by evening tell the support and they will give you the link, and so I did.

Yes, you get in touch with support and it's your birthday, and you don't have any bonus for completing years? then they send you a link to claim the bonus

Same for me dont receive emails from stake due to email provider blocking them, and today is my birthday. Told them twice today 8 hours apart in the chat. "You will get an email from us within 24h" Its like they dont even care to look at what I wrote. And after I explained once again they tell me to wait up to 24h!

Like they really want to tilt the fuck out of you   I wont be getting any email so basicly they telling me to get back to them after 24h.

Manage to get the email from my email provider so all good again
