-I always set time to play

-write down my starting amount, and when in profit , stop n write it down for that day and always try to put hire number each day you play, iv done it for years and it help me not just keep playing after I win.

-set amount u are willing to lose for the day outa your balance. if u lose that day then write down your new balance,

- I always feel that if u don't win with your first deposit its not your day, wait till next day n try again.

- to be a good gambler u need to have self control,
