Cant log into my Stake Account

Hello everyone!

I cant log in into my Stake Account.
It says every time: Invalid credentials.

But my Password is definitly correct.
I tried everything. Done CTRGL+F5 for Hard Refresh, Delete all my Cookies and Cache.

Then the Support said to me via Email i should go for an Password-Change.
I tried it out but then when i try set up a new password my 2FA even if i instantly put the Code in that fied it says the code is not correct.
My Google Authentificator works perfectly for everything else, without it i could not log into my Forum Account, right?

PLS Help me that i can log in into my Stake Account

i tried both, nothing.

For cellphone if you're using wifi switch to data .

Or maybe try to unplug your router in 16 minutes then plugin it again

I already tried on my Cellphone with my data. Wasn´t working.
i also tried to reset my Password on my mobile device with Data but then it sad my 2fa was not correct. Then i used it to log me into my Forum-Account and that worked on the first attempt.

Why should i try to unplug my Router in exactly 16 minutes?
