I received more amount of bonuses on Bronze account in 2017 [ L O L ] than now in 2022 on Platinum 1 account. I'm from Ukraine, not have capabilities to play and deposit more due the war, but i play some time every week Last week i received 6$ weekly and now i received 10$ monthly for PLATINUM 1 Account... LOL 10 fucking bucks.... its SHAMELESS Where 10$ BASE amount weekly of platinum 1 account? Where base amount on monthly? WHAT HAPPENED WITH STAKE? I don't receive less than 35-45$ monthly , and now 10? REALLY ? As one boy from support said, that marketing team make correct calculations for my bonuses, and send it to me... SO, how they calculate? I ask them [ support ] , they say its secret informations[ only for marketing team] and say again its calculated correct... and that's all WHY i can't receive at LEAST info,how they calculate to know, how play more affective , to receive more ? Matbe need more bets or more wager OR ? In the end - such a disappointment, no info, support send me away... And this is the best online casino LOL ?
