Verification errors

Is there any one that can help me with verification? I've messaged support and I'm getting nowhere maybe something is getting lost in translation. When I uploaded my proof of address document they asked me to upload both pages so i have uploaded both pages multiple times and now I get and error that says level 4 verification required but when I try level 4 verification it won't let me because it says level 3 verification is required to proceed. Now I've tried to explain this error and now my VIP host is saying I'm doing something wrong. Who can I talk to that can get this fixed? The last time I tried to report an error my host blocked me so all communication is thru email and I see this going the same way because allegedly I'm doing something wrong. But in reality it is as I'm saying I uploaded documents and I'm getting an error. This is 3 days now I've been trying to verify.

This is weird maybe start all of the way over with a new & different email and re try everything from square 1..?

Yeah Ummm No and lose my plat 3 level no way. Thanks for the input but we got it figured out.
