Krish87 Posted October 14, 2022 #1 Posted October 14, 2022 Hey guys, I need assistance logging back into my account. I've tried multiple times to login in and i'm stuck at the email code. It used to send me the code everytime but now it does'nt. It may have seem my 2fa is not connected to my email. I've sent multiple emails to [email protected] and still have not heard anything back to resolve this. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
Mubin300124 Posted October 14, 2022 #2 Posted October 14, 2022 you have to enable 2fa faced the same problem when i disabled it. After enabling it again problem was fixed. But i still dont recieve emails sometimes for things such as statistics

Kituna Posted October 17, 2022 #10 Posted October 17, 2022 It is possible that you are sending emails from mailbox that is blocking all incoming emails from stake. I had my first email like that, it was blocking everything from stake.
