Code not being sent to my email anymore, can't log in.

Hey guys, I need assistance logging back into my account. I've tried multiple times to login in and i'm stuck at the email code. It used to send me the code everytime but now it does'nt. It may have seem my 2fa is not connected to my email. I've sent multiple emails to [email protected] and still have not heard anything back to resolve this. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

you have to enable 2fa faced the same problem when i disabled it. After enabling it again problem was fixed.  But i still dont recieve emails sometimes for things such as statistics

Do you remember anything you did, before you log out your account ?

I was on my phone when it happened. I just remember how slow it was trying to relogin. How do I enable 2fa again?

I checked on my iphone and it says 2fa is on. How long does support take to reply to an email?

Support always active try again to reach them

Stake is not replying to any of my emails.

It is possible that you are sending emails from mailbox that is blocking all incoming emails from stake. I had my first email like that, it was blocking everything from stake.

for me its my authenticator always say error
