Drake vs. Stake: No rewards are given to 20k bonus winners

Today 20KBonus winner  is I found out that the winner was someone who chatted frequently in a Korean chat room.

He said  received a pre-winning message written  told him to turn on the stream as I will receive a call in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

And he phone not comming recived call, so he checked phone several times.

A missed call came from an app called "WhatsApp" that was not displayed or informed in advance in announcements or winning messages

In this case, he were unable to  phone recived call 
because he did not notify the participant to recived  "WhatsApp" from the time the winning message and phone number were notified in advance by email .

I used to play games while chatting together online, but I'm writing this because it's so wasteful and sad, 
Isn't this part of the prize money worth paying for?

Please help the event manager and all stake users 
I think it's a stake-side problem caused by not letting people know in advance that they're going to call "WhatsApp"

I think it is natural to think that the prize money should be given to the person  who has won the prize but has not received the prize money unfairly.

If you don't get a prize for this, who will participate in the promotion at the stake?

Those who won before the end of the broadcast received prize money without a call.  I think it is unfair not to receive the prize money just because he didn't get the call.

There was no prior what'up notification, and if stake send a winning message, stake should of course pay the prize money

In this case, if the winnings are not paid, stake casino reliability will be compromised and many users will be disappointed.

I Received a call from Stake 2 hours before the stream that I was 1 of 25 people selected as finalists. So there is notice given to potential winners. They do make it clear you are not guaranteed to win. My name was never drawn though, sadly.

It means only streamers can win? not like other persons who ae using stake without streaming?
