What is considered high amount of tickets here? is 38 considered high?

I wagered huge amount this week and managed to get 38 tickets.

 

Eddie in his stream always say 10 is good enough.

Considering there is usually around 1,5 million tickets, 38 is a tiny ship in a huge ocean  But as the winners are picked with a random number generator, even 1 ticket is enough if you're lucky enough.
