Unban long term banned user

Hello, 

Do you know maybe are there any chances to get unban for banned user for 49+ years? 

 

I wanna apologize, when im Reading my agressive content sent to anyone on chat and forum i feel very disappointed that was me. 

 

Maybe create a pool for chat user and the will decide? 

 

I've Got this ban about half a year. I wanna Come back to staken community as better person.
