Stake chat depend on MOD mood ?

There should some third person to decide did player brake chat rules or mod did mistake for sure human never accept mistake no matter if MOD.

If chatters /players have chat rules to follow same goes to mods/community managers/support too. They have guidelines on how to implement rules and what punishment they will give to silly chatters . 

It didn't depends on what mood they have.. they're just doing their job . But strongly agree with you ..they are just human with feelings too .. despite the fact some players cross the rules and give unimaginable insults to staffs . They're trying to stay calm and be professional.  

Just always remember..every actions we take there's always a reaction .if we step on the rules accept the consequences (mute) .

Some staffs /mods have a humble gestures to accept their mistakes and apologise . But also there's some having a big pride.  We can't blame them .. people been raise differently.
