How do you use a special token found in settings?

My buddy's account just got hacked, completely. He has his special token saved, we have spent the past few days scouring forums and the internet to find out how to use it to get back into his account using his special token. Any suggestions/tips/ideas? Need some serious guidance.

Speak to support and have them freeze the account, if they haven't already, then get access to it through proving ownership of the email/phone number and transaction history.

If it is technically possible, nobody is going to answer your question the way you've written it. Because it would be a guide to accessing accounts that you don't own if you have got a hold of the API token.
