Lifetime to Date? I'm not sure but there are times I'm up by a large amount for the month and still get a nice juicy monthly bonus. Bonus amount seems to be mostly related to the total amount bet rather than if you won or loss. Below I posted my monthly stats as of today and you can see I still received bonuses even with an overall profit.
