Minimum Unique deposit each week from a unique Crypto acc 

This will get rid of the syndicates and alts.

Stake you should have the data, pull the last 5 coupons, do a analysis of same multiple winners, take those winners and see if they depo and if the Cypto acc is unique. Im willing to bet my left ball sack they either received a tip (Syndicate Boss) or if they received a depo, it all came form the same address(Syndicate Boss) .

No Cap ! The rain system needs to be clear in the requirements . You can meet all of them , but dont get a single one . No more grey areas or at least suport can anwser with a straight reason . not a shaddy one  like maybe , perhaps you need more luck

wager isnt the issue, the bots can wager, you need to hurt the system of alts and Pimps who most likely take advantage of low income ppl. You need to have done a crypto depo from a unique address(Tips dont qualify), that will get rid of most or at least make it more difficult for them

I dont deposit every week but participate in codes and rains. Just change to verification level 4 and thats it.  Problem solved.

So what your saying is stake Should know where every single persons money is coming from? So proof of I.d and proof of address isn’t enough for you? You want stake to make people prove they work just so you can have rain even though you just said you don’t hardly ever deposit yourself.

Yes, I agree money should be clean. But being forced to show your bank details ect ect is not the way forward. Level 4 verification should be for those who have gambling problems eg multiple deposits in short time periods or suspicious deposit amounts but for rain no I don’t think that is acceptable when the strictest casinos out there do not use this unless the users are losing  a lot or making multiple deposits of suspicious amounts. Although I agree that level 3 will stop the bots claiming rain and codes
