Account stolen

Hello guys, 

I'm here to ask you to help me please, someone gets my email password changed It and steal my account, now i can't log in neither on email or stake. 

I sent a mail to support they help me, i sent every information that they need to proof im real owner of this account. 

I was talking to @Stella who helped me so much and by mail i was talking to @NikolaSaand @UrosLuthey help me but that was the answer " Kindly be a little bit more patient and our superiors will contact you as soon as possible since we are not able to share any information regarding the account in question for security reasons." 

Now they said i have to wait 72hours... But i have reloads active and tomorrow we have Weekly and Live @Eddie @Edward and i always participate on this, i would love to participate tomorrow in live. 

i dont want to lose my reloads please help me to do it faster and get my account back pleaseI appreciate so much your help thank you
