i currently am waiting for support to message back on Stake.us, but i was hoping someone here could maybe help explain as well.

Hello I think perhaps for that game you have to line them up on a payline to activate the bonus, try and see if that is maybe the issue, if not good luck for landing that next bonus!

I can't believe how incompetent is Stake support😅 Feels like they don't bother deal with the problem and just say "be patient" and probably later gonna say sorry we can't do anything. And they even don't understand that actually nothing was wrong and there wasn't any error in slot😁
