i have wagered in total 96,606.6 so i need to wager less than 4k to reach gold vip  but it's showing 51% can't be right

That amount is the current value of the crypto so it changes as the crypto price goes up and down, to calculate your actual wager you need to look at VIP % and do the math.
 

There is a nice extension for google chrome that will show you how much you need for next level, which gets rid of some of the math for you. Extension is called “better stake” by gawbly
